Content Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide to our service. Content you generate using ContentForge belongs to you, subject to these terms.

ContentForge, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

License Grant

By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Store your content temporarily for service delivery

Important: AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Payment Terms

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. Repeated failures may result in account termination.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Effects of Termination

We may delete your content after 30 days unless legally required to retain it
Provisions that should survive termination (like liability limits) remain in effect
Outstanding payment obligations remain due
